L2 Solutions is seeking a Technical Planner to support projects and proposals of varying complexity in the Power Sector.

Responsibilities:
The following duties are typical for this role. Employees may be required to perform additional or different duties from those set forth below, as business needs dictate.

  • Independently prepares or manages the preparation of all documents required to complete the planning (pre-construction) deliverables of a given project in compliance with company policies, including business accounting controls, and governmental rules and regulations.
  • Works with the project manager assigned to a given project to gather additional information required from customer representatives, government agencies, and other utilities in planning and coordinating additions and modifications to gas and electric facilities.
  • Analyzes customer service load data and meter locations.
  • Demonstration of safety is a priority via safety leadership and adherence to company and client safety policies.

Minimum Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail to quality control the projects and submit required deliverables.

Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing MS Office applications (emphasis on Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), GIS, Internet and E-mail, as necessary to meet the requirements of the job.

Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills; proven negotiation and consensus-building skills are a must.  Able to effectively address internal and external customer concerns.

Pay Range: $52,000 – $68,640 DOE
