Kate Loredo, PMP | CEO

Our founder, Kate Loredo began working in the utility industry over 14 years ago, collaborating with influential organizations from coast to coast and creating an impressive network along the way. Kate brings forth expertise in construction management, team building, professional development, strategic implementation, and company development. Kate has the innate ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with her clients, vendors, and even local officials. Kate understands technical requirements and consistently monitors the quality and productivity metrics of her team, to ensure deliverables exceed client expectations.

Her wealth of expertise allowed her to work in numerous high-profile programs, including several Wild Fire Prevention initiatives, Utility Undergrounding Projects and the City of San Francisco’s Automated Water Meter Program.

Loredo’s rigorous attention to detail and desire to inspire positive change made her a pioneering figure in the industry, her passion evident in every project. Equipped with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, California State Electrical Contractor’s License (C-10) and an active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, she followed her calling and began her journey with L2 Solutions in 2020.


Stevie Alexander | Business Operations Manager

Stevie is our Business Operations Managers, she works across all departments to align teams, set goals, execute initiatives and improve processes in order to help the organization run efficiently and effectively. She is a former United States Navy Enginemen 3rd class. She has a demonstrated ability to develop and motivate staff to maximize productivity and control costs through effective use of resources.

Taylor Horton | Administrative Assistant

As L2’s Admin Assistant, Taylor’s goal is to help support the team and growth of the company through exceptional communication, keen organization, and a desire to see her team excel. Taylor recently relocated to her hometown of Oceanside after obtaining a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Portland State University.

Ilario Romano, MBA, PMP | Program Manager I

Ilario is a Civil Engineer and certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 10 years of experience in the technical delivery, project and commercial management of civil infrastructure schemes from feasibility stage through to detailed design and construction. Solid experience across a broad range of small to large scale projects. Equipped with a record of success on process improvement and demonstrated abilities in defining innovative solutions for safe and cost-effective operations

Chris Banaga | Project Manager II

A skilled, customer-focused civil engineer with over 7 years of experience in the fast-paced Silicon Valley construction industry, who recently relocated to his hometown of San Diego and brings with him a vast expertise in areas of project management, drawings regulation, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.

Dianne Aglibot | Project Manager I

Dianne hopes to be a valuable addition to L2’s team as their new Project Manager by drawing from her 6+ years of experience. She utilizes her expertise, knowledge, and strengths in leadership, problem solving, and team collaboration to complete projects with precision, along with her newly obtained PMP. Her previous project portfolio includes managing small-scale plumbing repairs, executing business operations for Tesla’s energy residential installations, and providing support for SDG&E’s Reliability Program.

Jonas Johnson | Project Manager I

Jonas joins L2 Solutions as a Project Manager following a successful career in the U.S. military leading people and projects around the world. He is a graduate of USC Marshall’s Master of Business for Veterans program and enjoys all things endurance sports. Jonas’ purpose at L2 is to create real value for our customers and contribute meaningfully to the development and productivity of the entire L2 team.

Brendan Miller | Technical Planner I

Brendan is a driven business professional with a keen eye for process efficiency and operational excellence. With a background in logistics, he is looking forward to applying previously learned attributes to a new opportunity in the utility industry.

Hunter Hoyle | Program Coordinator I

Hunter provides business support through the analysis and coordination of document control and change control for design, processes and documents. He adheres to and enforced established document control procedures. Hunter has a strong work ethic, extensive organizational and administrative support skills.

Liv Hix | Program Coordinator I

Originally from Wisconsin, Liv moved to California about 3 years ago with her 3-legged Pitbull named Bevvy, two Australian Kelpies named Maddie and Henry, and her cat, Fuzz. She loves the outdoors and loves to ride/race motocross, snowboard, and camp. Liv brings an excellent energy to the team with her warm smile. She is currently going to school to further her education as a Software Engineer.

Alexis Sanchez | Program Coordinator I

An enthusiastic team player in multiple industries, goal oriented and engages in best-management practices. Alexis graduated from National University with a Bachelors of Science in Construction Engineering. Alexis’s goal as a Project Specialist at L2 Solutions is to sharpen his skills and support the team in achieving goals and excelling.

Alisa Santa Maria | Project Specialist

Alisa is a Project Specialist/Administrator, she has an acute eye for detail and an eagerness to problem solve. Her primary role manages the planning, procurement, and execution of franchise Project Intake, as well as any undertaking within a defined scope. From start to finish, Alisa’s organization skills shine through to support the team’s productivity.
