Meet The Team
Kate Loredo, PMP | CEO
Our founder, Kate Loredo began working in the utility industry over 14 years ago, collaborating with influential organizations from coast to coast and creating an impressive network along the way. Kate brings forth expertise in construction management, team building, professional development, strategic implementation, and company development. Kate has the innate ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with her clients, vendors, and even local officials. Kate understands technical requirements and consistently monitors the quality and productivity metrics of her team, to ensure deliverables exceed client expectations.
Her wealth of expertise allowed her to work in numerous high-profile programs, including several Wild Fire Prevention initiatives, Utility Undergrounding Projects and the City of San Francisco’s Automated Water Meter Program.
Loredo’s rigorous attention to detail and desire to inspire positive change made her a pioneering figure in the industry, her passion evident in every project. Equipped with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, California State Electrical Contractor’s License (C-10 & C-36) and an active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, she followed her calling and began her journey with L2 Solutions in 2020.
Brandon Loredo | Vice President
Brandon Loredo is Vice President with more than a decade of experience leading Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and large-scale utility deployment programs. He has directed high-volume smart meter and automated water meter initiatives, overseeing field execution, safety compliance, customer coordination, and QA/QC across complex service territories. His leadership has supported the successful installation of hundreds of thousands of meters and meter transmission units, driving operational efficiency and program scalability.
In addition to his AMI specialization, Brandon lead Electric Utility Fire Risk Mitigation portfolios and grid hardening initiatives, including pole replacement, reconductoring, SCADA installations, and undergrounding programs. His career foundation in field construction, design, and construction management gives him a practical, ground-up perspective that informs his executive leadership approach.
Stevie Alexander, SHRM-CP | Business Operations Manager
Stevie serves as Business Operations Manager at L2 Solutions, where she works cross-functionally to align departments, drive strategic initiatives, and optimize organizational processes to support scalable growth and operational efficiency. She plays a central role in goal setting, performance alignment, and the execution of companywide programs that enhance productivity, accountability, and resource management.
With a strong foundation in people operations and workforce strategy, Stevie brings a demonstrated ability to develop, mentor, and motivate staff while implementing systems that control costs and maximize operational output. Her expertise spans HR compliance, organizational development, and process improvement, enabling teams to operate cohesively and effectively across complex project environments.
Prior to her corporate career, Stevie served in the United States Navy as an Engineman Third Class, where she developed the discipline, technical acumen, and leadership foundation that continue to shape her operational approach today.
Taylor Horton, CAPM | Project Support Manager
Taylor serves as Project Support Manager, supporting project teams and operational initiatives that keep the organization running efficiently. In her role, she works across departments to strengthen processes, coordinate resources, and ensure project and administrative functions stay aligned.
She holds a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification, reflecting her formal training in project management practices and team support. Taylor earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Portland State University, along with an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts with an emphasis in Social and Behavioral Sciences. Her educational background brings a strong people-focused perspective to project operations and team collaboration.
Taylor plays a key role in onboarding, systems coordination, and cross-functional project support, while also contributing to internal initiatives and company events. Her blend of organizational structure, communication, and team advocacy helps drive consistency and continuity across projects and programs.
